If your child loves crafts, games, creating, and making new friends, check out my Fine Motor Fun Camp for children entering Grades K–4!

We’ll be squeezing, pinching, building, cutting, beading, sorting, and creating through hands-on activities that strengthen the muscles kids need for writing, coloring, dressing, and everyday tasks without it ever feeling like “therapy” or schoolwork.

☀️✨ Summer break is almost here!

Kick it off with a fun, feel-good kids’ class designed to help them move, breathe, create, and connect as they celebrate the end of the school year.

Kids will make a Sunshine Summer Intention Jar 🌼 and DIY S’mores Cups 🍫 while enjoying movement, breathwork, creativity, and reflection, leaving them proud, grounded, and ready for summer adventures ahead.

✨ One of the biggest misconceptions about regulation is that it always looks calm and still.

But regulated nervous systems often require movement before they can access strategies, focus, connection, and learning.

Movement creates sensory input. Sensory input creates organization. Organization supports regulation.

This is especially important for children with sensory processing differences, ADHD, anxiety, or trauma. We should not confuse compliance with regulation.

To the moms who give endlessly, carry so much, and still show up with love every single day, you are seen and appreciated.

To the mothers who carry the ache of losing a child and hold an angel in heaven close to their hearts, I’m holding space for you today.

To those missing their mom and feeling that absence a little deeper today, my heart is with you too.

Mother’s Day can hold both love and grief, joy and longing. Wherever today finds you, may you feel seen, loved, and remembered.
