Do you believe the land will either hold you in or spit you out? 🌲💜

Flashback to Tahoe, where I once lived in a cabin surrounded by 40 beautiful acres of woods!

After 25 years of traveling as a digital nomad and virtual health coach, I've learned that certain places seem to welcome us, while others make it clear our time there has come to an end.

I believe this video was from one of my last visits to my former home in Tahoe, and WOW, did that place have something to say! 😂

The boiler, the alarm, no water! It seemed like everything that could possibly go wrong DID!

Of course, maintaining a mountain home comes with plenty of unexpected challenges, but this felt different.

I remember feeling like the land itself was telling me, "Your time here is complete. It's time to move on."

And I listened.

I've spent much of my life being trained to push through obstacles, overcome objections, keep asking, and keep going until I get the results I want.

That determination has served me incredibly well!

But I've also learned there's tremendous wisdom in knowing when to stop pushing and start PAYING ATTENTION.

Sometimes we're so focused on overcoming what's in front of us that we miss what the experience is trying to tell us.

What if every obstacle isn't something we're supposed to conquer?

What if sometimes the lesson is simply to recognize when something has run its course?

I no longer live in that Tahoe cabin, but I'll always treasure my years surrounded by those beautiful woods and everything that experience taught me.

Looking back, I'm grateful I listened. 💜

Have you ever felt that a person, place, or situation was telling you it was time to move on? Did you listen, or keep pushing?

Travel Shopping Flash Back! Have you ever gotten rid of almost EVERYTHING you owned just to find out what freedom felt like?

I did. 😂

There was a chapter of my life when I gave away nearly all of my things because I wanted to experience what it felt like to have almost no possessions, very little responsibility and the freedom to GO.

And I went. ✈️🌎

Along the way, one of my favorite parts of traveling became finding little gems for my wardrobe. A dress here, a fabulous pair of shoes there, something unexpected discovered in a tiny shop in a place I may never visit again.

This video is just me having fun in a dressing room, but watching it reminded me how much my personal style has unfolded right alongside my life.

Today I realize I don't want only wings.

I love having ROOTS AND WINGS.

I love having a home and beautiful things around me AND knowing I can pack a bag and head out into the world whenever I choose.

My style is still evolving. My life is still evolving. I am still refining what stays, what goes and what feels like ME.

Maybe we're all a little like a fine wine…getting richer, more interesting and hopefully a little more fabulous with age. 😂🍷

My life is certainly unique, and my gratitude for getting to live it this way is enormous. 💜

What have you collected on your travels that still tells a story?

Is there something you absolutely LOVE collecting? Something that feels like an expression of your personality and creativity? 💜🪶

For me, it was feather jewelry!

Flashback to my collection of beautiful feather creations by Neiki's Designs. I had SO much fun collecting these incredible pieces over the years. Wearing them felt like wearing art!

What made them even more special was the opportunity to collaborate with the designer, choosing colors, textures, and combinations that reflected my own unique style. Each piece felt like it was created just for me, because in many ways, it was!

My collection has traveled with me, been loved, worn, and experienced a little wear and tear along the way. 😂 But watching this old video brought back so many wonderful memories of how much joy I found in nurturing and growing this collection.

I've always loved expressing myself through unique styles, beautiful things, and a little unexpected flair!

And one thing I know about myself is that I absolutely LOVE creating. Whether it's jewelry, experiences, businesses, or the life I'm living, creativity brings me so much joy!

Grateful for my individuality, my imagination, and the wonderful people I've had the opportunity to create with along the way.

What do YOU love collecting? And what does your collection say about you? I'd love to know! 💜

Have you ever spent time with a horse and felt how incredibly calming and healing their energy can be? 🐴💜

Flashback to Park City, Utah! One of my favorite things about being in nature is spending time with horses.

I've been riding horses since I was 9 years old, and my love and respect for these magnificent animals has only grown over the years.

They are such beautiful, gentle creatures, each with their own unique personality, spirit, and way of connecting with us.

There's something about simply being in a horse's presence that feels healing to me. No agenda, no rushing, just being together and enjoying the moment.

I've always had a healthy respect for their size, strength, and sensitivity, and I think that's part of what makes the connection so special.

And yes, I did give this handsome guy a few carrots! 🥕😂 Nothing like a little treat, with permission of course, to keep the friendship alive!

So grateful for these moments in nature that remind me how beautiful life is when we slow down enough to experience it.

Are you a horse lover too? Have you ever felt that special connection with an animal? 💜

Remember when Venice Beach was all about the sunshine, street performers, roller skaters, and the wonderfully eccentric California lifestyle? 🌴☀️

Flashback to a video I took several years ago while visiting Venice Beach, California.

Watching this brings back memories of a place I loved. The energy, the creativity, the ocean, the freedom, and the colorful personalities that made Venice Beach so iconic.

But it also makes me sad to think about how much has changed.

One of the reasons I eventually left California was the growing homelessness crisis, the visible drug addiction, and what felt like a lack of effective support, management, and accountability.

People living in tents along some of the most beautiful and expensive beachfront property in the country. A five-star location with heartbreaking living conditions.

And I find myself asking, how did we get here?

I don't pretend to know the solution. I believe people struggling with homelessness, addiction, and mental illness deserve compassion, treatment, and real opportunities to rebuild their lives. I also believe residents, businesses, and visitors deserve clean, safe, accessible public spaces.

Surely, we can care about both.

I still love California. It was home for so many years, and there are parts of it I will always miss.

But I wonder what it will take to restore the beauty, safety, and spirit of places like Venice Beach while genuinely helping the people who are suffering.

What do you think? Have you been to Venice Beach recently? Do you see a solution that balances compassion with accountability?

I'd love to hear your perspective. 💜

Have you ever heard someone's health transformation story and been reminded why helping people matters so much? 💜

FLASHBACK TO 2019!

I came across this video of a wonderful conversation I had while walking through an OPTAVIA convention.

She was sharing her personal experience of reaching 215 pounds during pregnancy and later losing 80 pounds on her health journey with OPTAVIA.

What I love about looking back at these moments is remembering the people, the conversations, and the courage it takes to make meaningful changes in our lives.

After more than 25 years helping people improve their health, my passion continues to evolve.

Today, my work with TRILIVY focuses on metabolic health, nutrition, healthy habits, and supporting people in creating sustainable lifestyle changes.

The programs and tools may change, but the importance of listening, learning, and caring for our bodies remains.

What has been the biggest turning point in YOUR health journey?

I'd love to hear your story! 💜

Disclaimer: This video is a historical testimonial from 2019 featuring an individual's personal experience with OPTAVIA, not TRILIVY. OPTAVIA and TRILIVY are separate programs. The 80-pound weight loss is her individual, self-reported experience and is not a representation of typical results or a guarantee of results with either program. Individual results vary. TRILIVY did not produce the results described in this video.

Have you ever gone on vacation and decided you were going to come home in a HEALTHIER body than the one you left in? 😂💜

Confessions of a health coach…

I have NOT been on my game the way I like to be lately. And now I’m on vacation at an all-inclusive resort where basically anything I could possibly want to eat is available ALL DAY LONG. 😂

So I decided to make this trip a little experiment in discipline and containment.

Can I enjoy every second of this vacation without eating everything simply because it’s there?

Can I walk past something delicious and remember that I’m not depriving myself…I’m choosing what I actually want MORE?

Right now, I want to feel strong, lean, energized and comfortable in my body. So I’m keeping it really simple: protein, vegetables, water, movement and my TRILIVY products that help me stay on track.

And YES, I’m going to enjoy myself! This isn’t punishment. I’m just practicing choosing the things that move me toward how I want to FEEL instead of letting an all-inclusive buffet make my decisions for me. 😂

After 25 years of coaching people around their health, I’m still practicing too.

Maybe the ultimate vacation souvenir is coming home feeling BETTER than when you left. 💜

Who’s ever tried THAT on vacation?

Have you ever studied something for YEARS and then suddenly realized you’re hearing the same truth through completely different teachers?

I’ve been studying Esther and Jerry Hicks for over 20 years, and I absolutely love their work. Being in the room with Esther and Abraham is a transmission for sure. There is an energy, a vibration and a feeling in that room that is worth experiencing in person.

What’s fascinating to me after spending the last several years working with Dr. Joe Dispenza is how much of the underlying message is the same. Different language, different delivery, different experience, but so much of the same truth about our thoughts, our emotions, our energy and our ability to create our lives.

The biggest difference for ME is the direct experience.

With Esther, I’m listening, learning, absorbing and absolutely feeling the transmission. With Dr. Joe, I’m actually dropped into hours of meditation where I get to practice it and experience what happens inside of ME.

There is something difficult to explain about getting up from the floor after a 5½-hour meditation surrounded by 2,500 people and realizing you aren’t quite the same person who sat down.

After all these years of studying so many extraordinary teachers, I’m realizing there may be no greater teacher than direct experience.

I love the Hicks. I love Dr. Joe. And I feel incredibly fortunate to be here, tapped in, tuned in and ALIVE at this time. 💜🪽

✨ What if you started living as though the life you've always dreamed of was already yours?

One of my favorite ways to shift into a meditative state is through gratitude. ❤️

I start by appreciating what I already have, rather than focusing on everything I think is missing. It's amazing how that simple shift can change the way we see our lives, our opportunities, and the people who come into them.

And sometimes, the things we're most grateful for aren't things at all. They're the conversations, the connections, and the people who make life richer.

So here's my question for you: What if you spent less time waiting for the life you want and more time appreciating the life that's already unfolding? ✨

✨ What happens when you finally quiet the noise and surrender?

What if, beneath all the thinking, the ego, and the endless chatter in our minds, there's something we've been longing to reconnect with all along? ❤️

In this conversation, I share a deeply intense experience of surrender — one that left me feeling an overwhelming sense of love.

Sometimes, the experiences that challenge us the most are the ones that invite us to see life, connection, and ourselves in an entirely different way.

But surrender isn't always easy. Letting go of the need to understand or control everything can be one of the scariest things we do.

Have you ever experienced a moment when the noise quieted down and you felt connected to something beyond yourself? ✨
