✨ 29 Years Married ✨

Twenty-nine years ago, we said “I do” and began a journey neither of us could have fully imagined.

Together we’ve weathered storms, celebrated victories, raised a family, welcomed grandchildren, built dreams, healed wounds, and continued choosing each other through every season.

Marriage isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, growing together, extending grace, and finding your way back to love again and again.

Today I celebrate not just the years we’ve shared, but the life we’ve created, the lessons we’ve learned, and the blessings that continue to unfold.

To my husband, thank you for walking beside me through every chapter. Here’s to 29 years of love, laughter, resilience, and the beautiful adventure still ahead.

Guided Blessings Boutique reopens **Tuesday, June 9** after a sacred pause to celebrate my **29-year anniversary**. 💜

Thank you for honoring this time of rest, love, and realignment with me.

The boutique doors will be open again tomorrow, and I can’t wait to welcome you back into the space for crystals, sacred tools, movement, healing, and community.

Yoga classes with our other instructors continue as scheduled.

Stillness first. Movement second. ✨

Before the body moves, the mind must soften.

I begin in meditation, creating space between the noise and my truth. With every breath, I clear away what isn’t mine to carry. Then the practice unfolds. Breath becomes movement. Movement becomes prayer. Prayer becomes presence.

Each asana is a conversation between body, mind, and spirit. Not about perfection. Not about performance. Simply about returning home to myself.

Today I chose balance.
Today I chose presence.
Today I chose peace.

From stillness to flow.
From awareness to action.
From serenity to strength.
