Two years ago, I said yes to an opportunity that would change my life. Today, I am grateful to God for opening that door and for guiding this journey every step of the way.

When Love of Rose LLC began, we were serving just 6 clients and providing services for Alamogordo and Gadsden Schools. This year, we proudly expanded our services to Deming Schools and are now serving more than 20 clients across our programs.

A special thank you to my husband for his constant support and for always standing by my side. We celebrated this milestone with family and our amazing team by cooking delicious Peruvian dishes at Texas Culinary Institute.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey—our clients, partners, school districts, family, and friends. Your trust and support have helped Love of Rose LLC grow beyond what we imagined. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our communities and look forward to continuing this work for years to come.

And that’s a wrap — our 3rd graduation celebration. Today we celebrated the very first cohort of Deming Project SEARCH graduates.

A special thank you to State Representative Jennifer Jones for presenting certificates to all graduates, and to Lt. Governor Howie Morales for attending and sharing an inspiring speech. Thank you to our City Councilor, Superintendent Wulgamuth, DVR, mentors, and the local bank that helped interns open their bank accounts and celebrated their success alongside us.

Special thanks to the City of Deming for always supporting our mission and believing in our interns.

Cheers to our unicorn site and to a future full of opportunities for our graduates.

Congrats to our Alumni of the Month, Estrella! 🎉

Every month, we spotlight a Project SEARCH alum who is making a difference, and Estrella is shining bright! After completing her internship with The Hive Education, she was hired full-time at the N.M. Children First Learning Center and has been promoted to Assistant Teacher. Estrella is building her career in early childhood education, earning her certificate and now pursuing an associate degree, all while inspiring the next generation of learners!

Love of Rose LLC is proud to celebrate the incredible accomplishments of the Project SEARCH – The Hive Education Class of 2026 graduates!

Watching these interns grow in confidence, independence, and career readiness throughout this journey has been truly inspiring. We are excited to share that 6 graduates have already secured employment or are preparing to begin their very first day on the job — a huge milestone worth celebrating!

This year came with challenges, learning experiences, and many blessings, but through dedication, teamwork, and perseverance, our students continued to shine. Their success is a reminder of why programs like Project SEARCH are so important in creating opportunities.

We want to sincerely thank all of our community partners, instructors, mentors, and especially the families for trusting and supporting this journey. Your encouragement and commitment make a lasting impact.

Two graduations down, one more to go — and we couldn’t be more proud of what’s ahead for our students and community.
