The search for the PERFECT tumbler is FINALLY over!

My boyfriend is NOT a jewelry guy......So naturally,

33-year-old me had NO idea her life could look this different. 🥹

That first clip was my 33rd birthday in 2019. I had very little confidence, hated what I saw in the mirror and honestly didn’t believe I was capable of changing. I had tried and failed so many times before.

Then in 2020, something finally stuck.
And NO, it wasn’t some perfect, obstacle-free journey. There were setbacks, hard seasons, vacations, celebrations, bad days and plenty of moments I could have used as an excuse to quit.

The difference was I stopped quitting.
I lost 50 pounds, but losing weight changed so much more than my body. For the first time, I proved to myself that I could do something HARD. I could make a promise to myself and keep it.
And that confidence trickled into every part of my life—motherhood, relationships, my career, starting businesses, putting myself out there and taking chances the old me never would have.

Now at 41, I realize the weight loss was only the beginning.

It showed me what I was capable of.

And THAT is why I coach. I don't just want to help women lose weight. I want to help them stop starting over, work through the obstacles and experience what happens when they finally prove to themselves that they CAN. ❤️

Nothing brings a mother and daughter together quite like spending $200 on groceries… and then immediately deciding none of it sounds good for dinner.

WHY does this happen every time we grocery shop?!

Because even when the fridge is full… you’re probably still running on empty.

This is exactly why I’m always sharing easy meals. If it takes too much time or too many ingredients, I probably don’t want to make it either

And honestly, this is a lot of what we work on in my coaching too… keeping things simple, finding meals you’ll actually make and making choices that fit REAL life.

No perfect weeks. No complicated meals. And no “I’ll start over Monday.”

Now be honest… who else has grabbed food on the way home AFTER grocery shopping?! Please tell me we aren’t the only ones!

One of the things I’m most proud of has nothing to do with the 50 pounds I lost. ❤️

My daughter has NEVER stopped me and said,
“Mom, look how skinny I am!”
But she HAS stopped me, flexed her little arms and said,
“Mom, look at my muscles!” 💪🥹

And every time she does, I think… THIS.
This is what matters.
She’s growing up watching me work out, eat foods I love, take care of my body and still live my life.
I don’t want her growing up believing her goal is to take up less space.

I want her to feel STRONG.
Capable. Confident. Proud of what her body can DO.
Because our daughters are listening when we talk about our bodies… even when we don’t realize it.

My weight-loss journey started because I wanted to change my body.
But now?
I realize I’m also showing HER what it looks like to take care of hers. ❤️

Okayyyy this jacket is SO GOOD for fall. 😍🍂

Lightweight, cute, and has that windbreaker feel without being bulky. Perfect for throwing over leggings and a tank for errands, walks, school drop-off… basically my everyday uniform. 😂

Never in a million years did I think I'd be wearing barrel-leg overalls, but here we are... and I'm obsessed.

These were way outside of my normal fashion comfort zone, but sometimes the biggest style wins come from taking a chance. I've had complete strangers stop me to ask where I got them, and my 10-year-old even told me I looked cute—which, let's be honest, is probably the highest compliment a mom can get these days.
