😏 So yeah, these are not my favorite
We live in a world where screens, WI-FI and digital devices are part of everyday life. While they can be incredibly useful, many of us never stop to question the tools we’re using.
Smart watches may offer convenience, but is constant exposure to wireless signals directly against the skin really something we’ve fully considered?
Many people report experiencing symptoms such as:
〰️ difficulty falling or staying asleep
〰️ increased mental fatigue, irritability, or feeling “wired but tired”
〰️ reduced focus or attention span from constant notifications
〰️ higher stress levels due to ongoing digital stimulation and information overload
Think of what these do at a cellular level-especially to children, who are still developing.
The goal isn’t to eliminate technology-it’s to create balance so your nervous system isn’t constantly “on”.
What’s one small shift you can make this week to reduce digital overload?
