There is a distinct difference between taking a vacation and curating a true energetic reset.

Right now, the world is moving fast. The noise is loud. And our inner selves are quietly asking: When do we get to just drop down and feel some relief?

This October 17–24, we are returning to , Mexico. No hustle. No performance. No forcing. Just deep somatic recalibration, ocean air, daily practices, and space to remember who you are when you aren’t managing it all.

This will be our 11th time gathering here and we would love for you to join us.

Payment plans available- and added incentive to enroll today!

If your nervous system is raising its hand, the link to claim your sanctuary spot is in my bio. 🌊✨

Good morning from the most magical corner of Mexico. There are places that hold you differently. Xinalani is one of them. Endlessly grateful for this land and the beautiful souls who tend to it and its visitors with such love and care. Already counting the days until our next Reset here in October ✨

Oh hey! 👋

I made a thing. 📲

A WhatsApp channel — no algorithm, no inbox, no noise. Just a simple place to see what’s happening: classes and pop-ups around Marin, retreat openings, 1:1 availability, and whatever else is worth knowing. Just the facts… not very many words…because there are other places for that.

Link in bio. Would love to see you there. 🤍

Anyone else feel a little… 🫠 after the holidays? I know we still have New Years ahead but that one lands differently.

The build-up is over. The house is quieter. The calendar is suddenly staring back at you. And your nervous system is like, “cool, now can we lie down?”

Regulate to Reset is a self-paced course for this moment.

Not a hustle reset. Not a glow-up plan.

Just real tools to help you come back into your body, regulate what’s been overstimulated, and start the year from steadiness instead of force.

Move through it slowly. Or binge it on a Sunday. Both are allowed.

Deep breath, mama. No really - take one. I’ll wait.

Notice how you were probably holding your breath while scrolling? That’s because we’ve turned the holidays into an emergency when it’s literally... not an emergency.

New post about the etymology of “enjoy” and why your kids will remember how your body felt way more than whether the gifts were wrapped perfectly.

You get to experience the joy, too. ❤️

Denver!

Please join me on Saturday, July 26, 4pm - 6pm for Love In Motion.

A soulful, two-hour experience where movement meets music, and devotion comes alive. Flow through a strong, playful vinyasa set to the rhythm of breath and mantra. Rooted in Bhakti, this is yoga as celebration — sweat, sing, soften, and let your heart lead the way.

Breathwork at Larkspur!

This Friday, April 18.
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

If you’ve been craving clarity, connection, or just a deep reset—this is for you.

Join me in person this Friday for a breathwork experience to release what’s stuck, reconnect with your body, and return to yourself.

Here’s what to expect:
✨ A warm, welcoming space
We’ll gather in community, with soft lighting, grounding music, mats, and blankets. Come as you are.
✨ A guided journey
No experience needed—I’ll walk you through every step so you feel safe, held, and empowered. Whether it’s your first session or your fiftieth, you’ll feel supported every step of the way.
✨ A powerful breathwork practice
We’ll use circular, connected breathing to move through stuck emotions and energy. It’s somatic, deep and incredibly freeing.
✨ A full-body release
Tears, tingles, laughter, deep rest—all normal. Your body will lead the way.
✨ Integration + stillness
You’ll have time afterward to rest, journal, or simply soak in the afterglow.
✨ Community + connection
There’s something sacred about breathing together in real time. You’re not alone.

Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in yourself.

What you tune into, how you experience the world, and the way you respond to it—it’s all shaped by the state of your nervous system.

And the good news? You have the power to shift it with your breath.

Breathing isn’t just automatic; it’s a direct line to your autonomic nervous system.

Slow, deep breaths activate the parasympathetic response, signaling safety and calm by lowering heart rate, reducing cortisol, and increasing vagal tone. Short, shallow breaths trigger the sympathetic response, keeping the body in a state of fight-or-flight.

This means your breath is a tool, always available, to help regulate your emotional and physiological state.

Feeling overwhelmed? Breathe slower and deeper to invite relaxation. Feeling stuck? Use intentional, rhythmic breathing to create movement and momentum.

Science backs what ancient traditions have known for centuries: conscious breathing is a gateway to balance, resilience, and presence.

Join me for Zoom breathwork sessions (almost) every Friday at 9 AM PST to reset, regulate, and reconnect—one breath at a time. Link in bio or message me for details.

What are you tuning into today?
