After fifteen years of wonderful clients, grand parties, and special friendships...I am finally retiring. As I hang up my chef's jacket, I'm looking forward to spending more time with my grandchildren, quilting, and baking cookies....just for fun! I shall miss my clients, and the challenge of creating healthy meals for their wide variety of dietary preferences, but I look forward to the adventures that this next chapter of my life will bring. Let the de-cluttering begin!!

A special day cooking for my client made even more delightful thanks to my sous chef Chef Teresa Lindgren (A Touch of Gourmet). We collaborated on Honey and Sesame-Glazed Chicken + Butternut Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette, Acorn Squash with Spinach-Sausage Filling, Turkey and Sweet Potato Chowder, Roast Pork Porchetta -Style + Roasted Broccoli with Creamy Cashew-Basil Dressing, and Coq au Vin + Classic Roasted Vegetables.

Another tasty snack idea, and these can be packed in the kids' lunches....or yours!
