Yesterday I competed in the Supplement Giant NPC Northern Colorado bodybuilding competition. I am very happy with the physique I brought, but there’s always room for improvement.

Feedback from the judges: more conditioned glutes and to build my glutes 🍑. Surprise surprise. That’s always my feedback, bigger better glutes. I’m on it! 😤

Not me looking down to check my competitor number when the judges called for my number and another competitor’s number to switch places😂.. I could not for the life of me remember my number! My number at last month’s competition was 106. I remember! But last Saturday, literally 4 days ago🤷🏾‍♀️ No clue🤪

I am Nationally qualified to go to Nationals! That was my goal and I did it!! And…. this may be too much to share, but I achieved this goal while on the first day of shark week 🩸 This was a nice surprise as I pulled up to my makeup appointment😩 But I didn’t bloat and no cramps🤗 🤷🏾‍♀️
I could not have accomplished this without my amazing coach ! You’re the best and I love the team that we have made. We work so well together. I can’t wait to see what the future holds🩷
Lastly, thanks to my hubbyJohn Warner I am not easy to love especially when I’m on prep. I know. Thank you for everything 🥲❤️

What a night! Last night I competed at the . This was my first show in 6 years. The Colorado Cup is my favorite show to compete in too😍 I competed in 35+ and bikini open class. I earned 5th place in both categories.

I wished to have place better, BUT it’s been 6 years since I last competed this very same show. I’m am proud of me!

Huge thanks goes to my husband John Warner for being soo supportive and running things around the house when I couldn’t. I know I wasn’t the easiest to deal with during this prep. He’s my hero and I owe him so much praise and thanks.

To my wonderful coach, Latevia. You’re truly a light in my life. You’re the best coach and mentor. You’re so knowledgeable about everything! You coming through for me when I got sick and with the perfect remedy for my symptoms was a blessing. Plus, how supportive you were towards me when I was feeling the blues because I thought my body wasn’t ready and I got sick during PEAK WEEK! What luck. Thank you.
