We listen and we don’t judge.

To my “I’ll just go just in case” p*e-ers, my anxious p*e-ers, or my interstitial cystitis folks…

How often are you p*eing a day?

For the record, I don’t actually wear this outfit when I treat, but it is a fun fit!

But seriously…pelvic floor sessions can have fun in them!

Before internal work with people, we’ve danced it out to music to help regulate first 💃

Or put on music of your choice during dilator training or movement sessions.

Not to mention, talking about p**p and p*e can have playfulness and doesn’t always have to feel so serious.

This doesn’t mean it’s all play, but I don’t want you to feel like pelvic floor therapy has to be so scary, because with the right provider it doesn’t have to be!

Pelvic floor wands are a very helpful tool for trigger point release of tight or tender pelvic floor muscles!

Wands come in different styles (ie. bendable, vibrating, regular, temp holding), check out recommended products page on our website for a comparison of different ones!

We also offer virtual training for use of wands. Contact us if that’s something you’re seeking!
