ORDER MATTERS. MOST ATHLETES RUN THE SEQUENCE BACKWARDS.

Same three pillars. Different state. Different sequence.

🔥 PRE-TRAINING: Restore Red Light → RECON Renew (Beta) → Activate / Circulate → Train
- Red light loads ATP into mitochondria before tissue is stressed
- PEMF Beta primes CNS for high output
- Compression flushes peripheral pooling
- Train at peak readiness

🌙 POST-TRAINING: Activate / Circulate → RECON Renew (Delta) → Restore Red Light → Sleep
- Compression clears the mechanical layer first
- PEMF Delta downshifts CNS in cleared tissue
- Red light loads cellular fuel into the recovery window
- Sleep is where the work cashes

The 90-minute NIR cutoff: never run NIR within 90 min of sleep. Mitochondrial activation when you need to be downshifting. The Sleep preset disables NIR automatically. Don't override.

Three common mistakes:
1. Skipping mechanical clearance — running PEMF or red light on tissue that's still congested
2. Using Beta PEMF pre-sleep — sympathetic activation when you need to downshift
3. Running NIR within 90 min of sleep
