Thinking about the The Iceberg Principle today. Our symptoms are the Tip of the Iceberg--the reason we seek resolution / go to the doctor / take a pill to alleviate our symptoms.

Under the surface what we are experiencing is Poor Cellular Health. This leads to poor organ function--which leads to decreased systemic function (hormonal disregulation, digestive tract, cardiovascular, nervous systems). AND Symptoms crop up.

What we need is to seek to resolve issues at the Root, and stop making symptoms. IT starts with our cells. When we support cellular function--everything else comes back online.

Imagine how you might feel better--when your cells are functioning optimally. 120 days--is the life cycle of red blood cells. It takes time to heal--especially when we've likely been ignoring our cells for decades.
