💫 I've studied enough. I've read it all. (Not really... always learning 🤓).

And I have watched my own clients year after year move more efficiently, more effectively, more confidently, more balanced, and more full of life than they did prior to integrating weight training into their workouts.

I don't always get things right, (just kidding, I do) but with this, I have never been wrong! 👏👏 Lift the weights!!

🏃🏽‍♀️I am a huge cardio advocate! I love it! But no one doubts cardio... Women don't hesitate to do cardio in fear of not liking the outcome....

For some reason, there is STILL this fictitious narrative that weight training isn't for women.... or that you should burn fat doing cardio first then "tone" doing weights.... WHAT? NO. THAT'S NOT A THING. Who made that up?!🙈 🤨

🦄 We all respond uniquely to different types of workouts. There is no denying that. Weight training should always be a part of your routine...Its literally always a good idea. Trust the science!
