🧡 This month's theme is fall fiasco and I spent my Sunday gutting and carving Mr. Jack the pumpkin! 🎃

🧡 I hope everyone has been having a great start, middle, and end to the fall season! It's important to take a second away from the crazy day to day to just chill in the company of people you enjoy being around.

With so many changes happening lately I figured it's time I reintroduced myself.

Hi, I'm Caitlyn! 👋🏻 I'm so glad that you're here. 😊

Who I am has a lot to do with where I've been and where I'm going. My goals are certainly big. Both for myself and for you all. It's my passion to live as authentically as I can while helping others to do the same!

Whether it is through movement, "quieting" the mind (more on this later), coaching with solid action steps you can take home, a reading to help you uncover something or see a situation from a new light, or even having someone reliable be there for you and your pets when something comes up. All of these offerings are services I provide and they can be avenues to allow you to find that authenticity within yourself that you may, or may not, have been searching for.

Yoga and meditation have become a deep rooted passion for me, both on and off my mat. The philosophies and the movement that accompany such practices have been soul shifting.

I have never been as challenged as I have been since finding yoga practice 5+ years ago, and meditation only 3 years ago. I have never been as awake as I have been since finding this practice. My physical and mental bodies have endured some really difficult and traumatic times. Yoga and meditation, in all that they are, have helped me to find healing within and outside of myself in a way I was incapable of seeing or understanding before.
