My name is Jennifer, and I am a mother, dance teacher, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, wife, sister, daughter, and friend. I have knowledge in several dietary theories, focus on the whole health not just food, aware that each individual is different (what works for one person may not work for another), deconstruct carvings, and crowding out in what is not serving us. After watching several of my family members suffer heart disease and cancer including my own son, plus balance my own chronic fatigue and arthritis I said, "There has to be a better way, a better life!" I needed control over the situation and decide after much research what we expose our bodies to is crucial in maintaining a happier, balance life. I design this site to promote healthy living and cooking, wellness tips/tricks fitness, natural beauty/health, DIY, minimal organizational tips, and maintaining a simple/fulfilled lifestyle. I want every person to feel support to be able to live life to their full potential.

I’ve never been someone who needs everything in my home to be brand new. ❤️
Give me an old basket, a vintage pitcher, a pretty dish from a thrift store, or a piece of furniture with a little history and I’m probably going to find a place for it!
My style has always been a little vintage, romantic, and thrifty.
And honestly? I think that says a lot about me.

I’d rather spend $5 at a thrift store and come home with something unique than spend $50 on something everyone else has. 😉

✨Let’s create brand-new plant from one vine!
Here’s how:
🌱 Cut just below a leaf node.
💧 Place the node in a jar of water.
☀️ Set it in bright, indirect light.
🫙 Change the water every week.
🌿 In a few weeks, you’ll have roots! Once they’re 2–4 inches long, plant your cutting in soil and enjoy a whole new pothos💚
