Prepping our new mom on what we (her partner and I) might do to help relieve tension and discomfort during labor. They called it "Wiggle that Butt", but its a technique coined as the Rebozo Manteada, when used with a rebozo, I am using a flat sheet.

A rebozo is a scarf origin to latin america, similar to a kanga, known for wrapping babies for ease of carrying them!

Mo' Births Birthing Service is officially open and under way. If you know me, you know this has been a dream of mine and I have been planning this for some time. I am a trained, soon to be certified, Doula.

This is the beginning of everything down the line 🥰. I am currently offering Doula Services to those in the metro Detroit area and at the moment working with my first Birthing Family.
