Here’s how to use them:

🪻Lavender to calm anxiety
-Diffuse during stressful moments
-Add a drop to palms of hands and slowly breathe in or add a drop to a tissue and keep nearby to soothe anxious feelings.
-Massage diluted (2 drops in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil) to tense neck and shoulders.
-Add 3 drops with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil or bubble bath gel to a warm bath
-Use in a bedtime roller

🌿Peppermint to boost energy
-Inhale directly from bottle or cap
-Use in a personal inhaler
-Diffuse in the morning
-Apply diluted in a roller (5 drops in 5ml roller with carrier oil) to temples or back of neck
-Mist peppermint hydrosol on face for quick pick me up.

🌱Eucalyptus to clear congestion
-Add 1 drop to bowl of hot water for steam inhalation
-Diffuse in living space
-Apply diluted in a chest balm
-Add a few drops to shower floor for shower steam effect
-Use in a warm compress applied to check or back of neck

🪴Rosemary to improve memory
-Diffuse while studying
-Inhale from bottle before tasks
-Apply diluted (1 drop in 1 teaspoon carrier oil) to temples
-Use in a focus inhaler
-Add a few drops to shower floor for shower steam effect to support mental clarity
