Spirit loves to play with you!

Here’s a sign that was gifted to me the other day when I was on my way to find something cool at a thrift store, and yes, I found something cool. But before I entered the store as I was walking toward it, my eye caught the message on the back of this truck.

So even though I hardly ever eat Wonder bread, I do appreciate the effort Spirit made to deliver a message for me in a playful way. In that moment, on my way to find something cool in one of my favorite thrift stores, when I saw this message on the back of the Wonder truck, I knew I was feeding my joy.

I love to recycle, up cycle and repurpose items when I can. This is my way of helping our planet, being aware that my actions make a difference while I’m here on this planet. It makes me feel good AND I’ve saved a lot of money by purchasing items that have already been used.

Think about a time when you were doing something you loved and Spirit encouraged you to continue what you were doing because you were in the zone. You may have seen repeated numbers, found money on the ground or maybe a total stranger said something kind or thought provoking to you. That’s Spirit showing up for you, to encourage you to keep moving forward toward your dreams and desires. Enjoying your life is pretty much the reason you are here. When you’re not, it’s time for you to reflect, refocus and redirect yourself.

You were meant to exist in a state of enjoyment. Therefore when you are NOT existing in a state of enjoyment you must shift YOUR energy into a state of enjoyment. This means you must find a moment to create a sacred space which allows you to reflect on your life, your choices and how they either created a positive state for you or a negative state for you. Then you must take action to move forward into your desired state.

This planet is now moving into a higher vibrational state quite rapidly. This rapid change can cause limitations in your life which will force you to reflect on the choices you are making. You will be led to think, do I really enjoy what I am doing? What makes me happy and helps me feel like I am on the path I desire? And once you begin to move forward into your desired state of existence, the universe will meet you there with synchronicities that will make you smile.

Failure to reflect on YOUR life will allow it to continue the way it is. Reflection and redirection is the energetic way to happiness. Please remember that not everyone chooses to reflect or to be conscious of what they are creating. You may be allowed to discuss this way of living or not. When you’re not allowed to do this, it’s time for you to walk away with love and acceptance for how those other people have chosen to exist because when you exist in a state of love, that’s when the magic happens.

I love to help people create the path in their lives that they live. It’s why I do what I do. And I am never alone when I do it! That’s why I call this service to others Me and Spirit!

Upgrade anyone?

If you’ve been feeling different, off or exhausted you’re experiencing an upgrade.

So during times like this, take care of yourself and remind yourself it’s only temporary.

Once the upgrade is over, you WILL feel better and more than likely, you will feel different in a better way.

You’ll pay attention to what you like and don’t like. You’ll feel kinder and more compassionate. You will allow others the choices they make unless of course the choice involves you.

You will be more peaceful and move in the direction you desire while allowing others to do the same.

THIS time on THIS planet is a very special one. It’s a time where you can release ALL karma, which is action based behavior, to move forward in a way you’ve never done before.

And during this time I am here to help you through it, along with Spirit’s help. It’s why I named my website Me And Spirit. Spirit IS the reason I do what I do and assists me ALL the time! I totally understand that I am here on this planet to help people make sense of their lives.
