Teacher self-care doesn’t have to be complicated. 🤍

Sometimes, the reset you need can happen in just a few minutes.

Take a breath.
Drop your shoulders.
Drink some water.
Stretch.
Check in with yourself.
Celebrate one small win.
Let go of what you cannot control.

These little moments may seem small, but they can make a big difference in how you move through your school day.

Save this Teacher Self-Care Reset Path for the next time you feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or simply need a moment to come back to yourself. 🌸

Because taking care of yourself isn’t something you have to earn after you’ve taken care of everyone else.

You matter, too, teacher. 🫶🏽

What’s one self-care step you need today?

What if you didn’t have to wait until fall break to feel better? 🍂📓

Yay!! 💕 Super excited to share with y’all!

I look forward to creating the life I desire! ✨🫶🏽💕🙏🏾

Sometimes I think we make self-care way harder than it has to be.

You don’t always need a whole day off or some big reset. Sometimes you just need five quiet minutes to check in with yourself and be honest about what you need.

That’s really the idea behind the Teacher Self-Care Journal. 🤍📓

What do you need today?

Name how you feel.
Name how you want to feel.
Then take action.

Self-care becomes more powerful when you connect awareness to action.

You may not be able to control everything that happens during your school day, but you can pause, check in with yourself, and choose one small action that supports how you want to feel.

That’s intentional teacher self-care. 🌸

Teachers don’t need another reminder to “practice self-care.” 🍎✨ We need REALISTIC self-care that fits into the school day.

That’s why I created the Teacher Self-Care Journal 💕 A 90-day guided wellness experience designed specifically for educators to pause, reflect, reset, and pour back into themselves.

Because teacher burnout is real. Teacher exhaustion is real. And taking care of YOU shouldn’t have to wait until summer. 🌸

If you’re ready to prioritize your mental wellness, protect your peace, and make self-care part of your daily routine, this is for YOU. 🫶🏾

There’s something really special about watching an idea you believe deeply in start making its way into the hands of the people you created it for. 🤲🏽

I’m incredibly grateful for every principal who has taken the time to learn about the Teacher Self-Care Journal, request a sample, or simply open the door to a conversation about teacher wellbeing. 📓

Every package I send is a reminder that this vision is bigger than a journal. It’s about creating more intentional spaces for educators to pause, reflect, and take care of themselves.

Thank you for trusting the vision. 🤍
We’re just getting started.

Teacher wellness can’t just be something we talk about once a year. Teachers need practical ways to care for themselves in the middle of the school day, too. 🌸

What do you think schools could do differently to make teacher wellness more than just a conversation?

Teacher, being dedicated does NOT mean running yourself into the ground. 🌸

If you’re stressed, overwhelmed, or exhausted, don’t just push through it. Make a change today.
Give your class some independent work time.
Take your lunch.
Change the scenery.
Ask for help.
And yes, leave at dismissal.

Your work matters. So do you.
Petal Pros, check in with yourself today and act on what you need. 🌸
