Not long ago, Cathy soldiered through a kidney transplant and things were looking good. Tragically, not long after, she was diagnosed with a serious illness. Her friends at Wakeman Town Farm want her to know what an inspiration she has been to them, and so many others. Please see the piece in today’s 06880.

We did it! Cathy received her kidney transplant this week, almost a year to the day that we launched this campaign. She is now home healing. Thank you to everyone who helped with the campaign, stepped up to be tested or simply buoyed Cathy’s spirits on this journey. Miracles do happen! Read the story on 06880. ❤️
