Part-Time Physical Therapist – Back To Better
Are you a physical therapist who’s tired of rushing through patients, chasing insurance approvals, and feeling like you’re not truly making an impact?
At Back To Better, we do things differently.
We’re a growing, patient-centered practice focused on helping active, health-minded individuals recover from injury, avoid surgery, and get back to doing what they love—stronger and more confident than before.
We combine hands-on physical therapy with advanced regenerative technology (including StemWave) to deliver real results—not just temporary relief.
What Makes This Role Different:
1-on-1 care only — no double or triple booking
45–60 minute treatment sessions
Focus on root cause, not just symptoms
Integrated approach: movement, strength, recovery, and education
Freedom to think, treat, and connect like a true clinician
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PA)
Strong manual therapy and movement assessment skills
Growth mindset and willingness to learn
Passion for helping active adults stay active
Excellent communication and patient connection
Interest in regenerative therapies (we will train you)
Bonus (not required):
A defined clinical niche or specialty (pelvic floor, vestibular, sports performance, etc.) with interest in helping grow that service line within the practice.
Position Details:
Part-time (flexible schedule with room to grow)
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
Opportunity for performance-based bonuses
Potential to grow into a larger role as the practice expands
This is NOT for you if:
You prefer a high-volume, insurance-driven model
You’re looking for a “clock in, clock out” job
You’re not interested in continued learning and growth
This IS for you if:
You want to deliver exceptional care without burnout
You value relationships over volume
You’re excited to be part of a growing, forward-thinking practice
About Back To BetterBack To Better is led by Dr. Holly Sanders, PT, and is built on a whole-body, results-driven approach. We pride ourselves on personalized care, clear communication, and helping patients transition seamlessly from pain to performance.
