Sacred Earth :: Wild Medicine Hello, I'm a Yoga Therapist, Herbalist, Energy Worker, Dream Walker, + Earth Keeper. Let's connect. I offer what I do, because it works.

I'm a Yoga Therapist, Herbalist, Energy Worker, Dream Walker, and an Earth Keeper. I help people find balance, flexibility, and strength of body, spirit, and soul. Those who usually find me are the highly sensitive creative introverts. I aim to use purposeful movement intermixed with stillness, along with sound and silence to calm the nervous system. I have learned to speak the language of the earth, which has brought me so much peace, and I know it can for you too. I look forward to working with you.

I talk to the plants...

And they talk back!

And the bees and I have great conversations about life. On my hands and knees, my face right up to the flowers, I whisper to the bees, and listen for their reply. This goes on for hours. What wisdom nature holds.

But I wanted to share a little bit with you about plant communication.

We all communicate differently and the thing is to find out how it is that you communicate. Our communication styles extends far beyond how we interact with other humans into the world plants and animals.

If you're a gardener, you probably don't think I am as crazy as I sound. But if you're not into plants; then I sound whack-a-doodle.

Growing up, I was taught how to communicate with the plants. And it was already natural for me to communicate with animals. I hid from this ability for so long, until I could not anymore. So, it's like the universe forced certain circumstances upon me to guide me back to my natural state of being - wild.

So, it's interesting that the plants talk to me when I am formulating a tea blend. I've studied. And could study so much more. But when you learn to speak the language of the earth, you hear the whispers.

But enough about me. I want to invite you to watch this free video on Plant Communication with Kami McBride, because I myself do not teach on how to communicate with plants, because I don't know how I do it - it's just my natural feral state to be able to do so.

But Kami is a great teacher. And this is a free video, so why not just check it out.

Join me in this free workshop where we dive into what it means to be fully present in our herbal studies so we can expand into herbalism that is deeply inspired by the direct wisdom of the earth.

Time. Some say time can be manipulated. Some say time can be changed. Even those who say time doesn't exist. In this dense reality, time is what it is.

There are never enough hours in the day. But there are infinite seconds in the universe. And on earth, time is tangible. We can sense it slipping away. See it. Feel it. Taste it. Hear it. Slipping away.

Finite for our physical bodies.

Infinite for our souls.

The sun rises when the sun rises. And sets when it sets. Counting one day. And the moon is always present reflecting the light of the sun's rise and set somewhere. Still counting one day for another. And our bodies only hold so much time. Our bodies cannot be reset like an hour-glass filled with grains of sand.

We can use our time wisely. Or we can waste it. But it will always be what it is. Fleeting.

We do not create time. Time has existed before our physical bodies incarnated here on earth.

Time does actually exist.

Each of us can experience time differently, but time moves on just the same with sun rises and sunsets. It's the tick tock of our internal clock. And our time eventually runs out.

And like time that is fixed, reality is thus so. We can change our experience of the reality in which we live, but even if we removed ourselves, time ticks on.

I live in a reality where time is real, where time is fleeting. There's no point in trying to fool myself in thinking I have infinite time in this body. Because this is just not true.

So, while there is time in this body, I want to use it well. And if you'd like to use your time well being fully grounded in this reality where time exists and is fleeting, I am the guide for you.

Make your choice. Waste your time. Or use it well.

What have you decided?
