I created this brand to empower women. So we don't have to feel that what we put on our faces and body is dictated by big fashion industry. We should wear what feels natural to our skin and matches our skin tones perfectly. We should be proud of our skin and and who we are and what we do.
I have tried every brand of foundation at Sephora. I love make-up and each brand is unique in its formula and feel.
As a scientist, I must say that matching skin color is an art, and not a science. Each woman is so unique and beautiful with their own shades and undertones that change vibrantly with the seasons. We deserve to have make-up (and clothes) that is tailored to us. Make-up should enhance our natural beauty and make us feel empowered so that we can express ourselves freely in society. I created this brand to be light and natural, while still protecting our skin from harsh elements. This brand really gives a finished airbrushed look. All products are mineral based, vegan, and cruelty-free. Coverage, shades, and shimmers can all be customized. Coverage is buildable. When used on its own, Golden foundation is oil-absorbing, but can be paired with our primer for moisturizing purposes. Beauty by Golden is all about YOU and what makes you, you.
