Join me for yoga at Shambhala Meditation Center, Durham!

MULTI-LEVEL YOGA FOR
EVERY BODY
Hatha yoga classes with a joyful, friendly, and compassionate approach. Together we will increase strength, flexibility, and our sense of gratitude for what we can do. Yoga should feel good, and is also a welcome support for meditation practice. Sequences are mindfully created for all bodies, from head to toe. Participants will also be nicely prepared for the Mahayana Monday sitting that follows! No prior experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat. Additional props that you may find useful are one or two yoga blocks, a strap and a small blanket.

5 week session May 6 – June 3 $40

About the instructor:
Liz Fitzgerald, is an ERYT 500 Yoga Alliance Certified instructor, with advanced training in therapeutic yoga; Yoga for Seniors at Duke Integrative Medicine; and Restorative Yoga. She has been teaching full time for nearly ten years. Liz Fitzgerald discovered yoga at the age of 49, and it completely changed her life. Yoga led her to Buddhism, and she is now a member of Durham Shambhala Center.
