I also offer education, resources, and trusted products to make your pumping journey smoother. I have an office in Durham NC & I also have two online live Pumping 101 Classes each week. Did you know that at night after all the patients have gone home, with tired happy smiling faces, we at BBLS Beyond Birth Lactation Services and Boutique clean all the rooms down, wash all the laundry clean and sterilize all the fl**ges & speak positive words over each of our treatment rooms, telling the milk making helpers to come back tomorrow bright eyed and a pep in their step, to start the process all over again with a whole new schedule chock full of patients.
We love our patients & we are here for you ALL.

My scrubs laundry is done for the week!

I love to see my Mama’s faces who come to me, that are struggling with their breast milk output.

I must be the only practitioner working in the medical field, that feels super satisfied with my day if I go home covered in bodily fluid.

NEVER underestimate the power of a good hand pump!

Have you heard of “Drive By Pumps”

That’s right, as long as you have gotten the correct SIZE and SHAPE fl**ge, you can insert it into your hand pump & away you go!

Trying a “Drive By Pump” by just adding in a little 5 mins on each side whenever you get a few mins!

REMEMBER though, you are NOT replacing a “Regular Pump” with a “Drive By Pump” it’s just a little short quick trip to tell that brain that we NEED MORE MILK…..

Do you massage or compress your breasts when you are pumping?
If you are massaging, I encourage you to try the compression effect!
Tell me if you notice a difference, More milk?
Quicker pumping duration?
Breasts feel more empty at the end?
