Yesterday I would have taught my regular Sunday Flow. Man I am missing it! Everything from the opportunity to create and set a positive space for others...to seeing my regulars and hearing what’s going on with them and their lives. Know that I miss you & am hoping you are all doing well ❤️. Being around other likeminded people can be very uplifting. However, doing our part and practicing social distancing is our responsibility to one another. I personally have taken that to my socials. I deep cleaned who I follow, treating my feed like vision board. What serves me only.
