But here's what your coach brain knows: results don't happen in one day. They happen in the days after you mess up and decide to show up anyway.

This is where it starts!

Not in the gym, not with the perfect program. But right here in the kitchen building a strong foundation.

Getting our kids involved in the cooking isn't always easy, clean and never perfect. It's not just about making a mea.

It's about teaching them what real food looks like, how to take care of our bodies, and build habits that stick for life.

They don't need perfection, they need exposure. Small moments like this turn into lifelong habits.

Sure, everyone celebrates when the number goes down. But here's what actually matters:

> Do you have more energy?
> Can you play with your kids without getting winded?
> Can you carry your plate to the dinner table without help?

The scale doesn't capture strength. It doesn't measure joy. It doesn't show the life you're getting back.

So look beyond the number for a second. What are your non-scale wins? 💪
