Road to 100 orders by the end of summer.

Well… summer is basically over, and we didn’t hit the goal.

We started at 32 orders a week and grew to 56.

That’s progress, and I’m proud of it. But the goal was 100, and we didn’t get there.

One thing I’ve learned in business is that you can appreciate the progress without pretending you reached the finish line.

So we’re not changing the goal.

100 orders a week is still the target.

We just need to keep showing up, keep getting better, and keep building.

32 → 56 → 100.

We just had our worst sales week of the entire summer.

And honestly, it was a great lesson.

One thing I’m realizing as a small business owner is that attention matters every single week.

The more you put in, the better chance you have of getting the outcome you want. Posting. Selling. Following up. Talking to customers. Getting out in the community.

That consistent input is what creates momentum.

And when you’re a small business, especially early on, you feel the weeks where you take your foot off the gas. One bad week can actually hurt.

The good news?

You get another week.

Back to work. Time to build the momentum again.
