Happy Birthday to our incredible Daniele!

Today we are celebrating one of our amazing IBCLCs and someone who brings so much heart, wisdom, experience, and genuine care to the families she serves. Daniele has spent years supporting moms, babies, and families through some of the most tender and important seasons of life, and we are so grateful she is part of the Family Seasons team.

Outside of the office, Daniele is a proud mom to two grown boys, a world traveler with no shortage of adventures under her belt, and she recently celebrated an amazing 25 years of marriage with her husband. Twenty-five years of marriage, raising two boys, traveling the world, and still showing up with so much compassion for the families around her is definitely something worth celebrating.

One of the things we love most about Daniele is the perspective she brings into her work. She understands that motherhood changes through every season, that every family has a different story, and that sometimes what a new mom needs most is someone knowledgeable, calm, encouraging, and willing to meet her exactly where she is.

Her experience as both a mom and an IBCLC is such a gift to our patients and our team. She has a way of helping families feel heard, supported, and more confident in feeding their babies, whether that means breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, navigating challenges, or simply having someone there to answer all of the questions that come with a new baby.

We hope this next year brings even more travel, more time with the people you love, plenty of new adventures, and so many reasons to celebrate.

Family Seasons is at the IDPQC Summit today!

We are so excited to be here as a vendor alongside providers, organizations, and community partners who all share a common goal: improving maternal and neonatal health across Idaho.

The Idaho Perinatal Quality Collaborative works to improve maternal health outcomes by promoting evidence-based best practices, increasing access to care, and creating stronger collaboration between the people and organizations caring for Idaho families. Their vision is for every Idahoan to have access to safe, respectful, compassionate, and high-quality perinatal and neonatal care.

Today’s Summit brings that mission to life with conversations around maternal health in Idaho, severe hypertension in pregnancy, perinatal mental health, patient safety, and ways we can continue improving care together.

We are grateful to have Family Seasons represented in this room and to share more about the role our IBCLCs and team can play in supporting families through pregnancy, feeding, postpartum, and beyond.

There is just something so sweet about a happy baby with a full tummy!

Bottle feeding can be such a special time to slow down, connect, and enjoy those little moments together. And when feeding does not feel quite as easy as you hoped, our IBCLCs are here to help.

We can support your family with bottle selection, ni**le flow, paced feeding, latch, feeding positions, pumping, returning to work, and finding a feeding routine that feels right for you and your baby.

Our IBCLCs accept many insurance plans, and we also offer home visits for families who would rather receive support right at home.

CST in the Wild 🦷✨A little vacation story that still makes me smile… while away, I had the sweet opportunity to work with a friend’s grandson. 💙

It’s always a reminder that Craniosacral Therapy (CST) isn’t just for adults or infants. Kids can experience big emotions, busy schedules, transitions, and stress too—and their nervous systems can benefit from gentle support.

As kids head back to school, there’s a lot to regulate: new routines, early mornings, classroom expectations, friendships, homework, sports, and all the stimulation that comes with a full school day. 📚🎒

CST is a gentle, light-touch approach intended to support relaxation and help the body’s nervous system settle. When children feel more regulated, they may be better able to rest, focus, connect, and navigate the demands of their day.

✨ Back-to-school tip: Build in moments of quiet connection, movement, deep breathing, outdoor time, and plenty of rest. Regulation starts with creating space for the nervous system to slow down.

And yes… sometimes CST happens in the wild—even on vacation! 🌿💙
