introducing Skills In Motion Saturdays!

Day starts with a competition HYROX SIM - open to all - $30 for nonmembers - FREE for MEMBERS!

After that, we’re gonna have a 90 minute session of MMA! Then we’re gonna roll from that into 30 minutes of boxing!

The first 30 minutes of each of these sessions will be beginner, friendly, and foundational to get everyone on point and Leveling UP!

Curious about the new BOX60 class? Experience it on Saturday!

Just wanna watch? Come on in this is an exciting day to get together build on community and support each each other as we grow!
