Leg Day = In Progress 💪🔥

About to get some back squats in, and these wedges make all the difference.

A lot of people think squats are all about strength, but sometimes the right setup is what unlocks better depth, better form, and a stronger movement pattern.

These wedges help me stay more upright, hit depth easier, and keep the focus where it belongs... on building stronger legs. 🦵

It's not about making the workout easier. It's about making the movement better.

Now it's time to put in the work. Leg day isn't always my favorite when it starts... but I'm always glad I did it when it's over. 😅

People think building muscle means living on protein shakes and chicken breast. 😅

Reality? Your body needs fuel.

This morning’s breakfast may not be perfect because my pineapple isn’t quite ripe yet 🍍, but I’m still making sure I fuel my body before I lift.

Eggs for protein.
Toast for energy.
A balanced meal to help me perform, recover, and build lean muscle.

You can’t expect your body to get stronger if you’re constantly under-fueling it.

Too many women are trying to lose weight by eating as little as possible, then wondering why they’re tired, sore, and not seeing results.

Eat with intention. Train with purpose. Watch what happens. 💪

I wasn’t feeling it today.

I was running late, my schedule got off track, and honestly, chest & back day was the last thing I wanted to do.

But here’s the thing…

You don’t have to be motivated to make progress.

You just have to keep the promises you make to yourself.

So I grabbed my bands/dumb bells got the workout in, and checked the box. ✅

The women who see results aren’t the ones who feel motivated every day. They’re the ones who show up anyway.

Today wasn’t about having the perfect workout.
It was about refusing to quit.

Done is always better than skipped.

People see the workout.
But they don’t always see the life behind it.

The babies.
The C-sections.
The hysterectomy.
The hormone changes.
The exhaustion.
