We lost four birds this winter, heartbreaking, but also part of life. I’m so happy to see the ones who made it enjoying time out in the sunshine! Get ready for chick season because we have some coming!

Drip, drip, drip, it’s syrup making time!! We’ve managed 8 gallons so far this season with a buddy of my husband’s and are still collecting more sap. Being able to use our resources to help feed our family is so rewarding, I’m very proud of the guys for putting in the hard work syrup takes!
