A lot of people want help getting started but don't always feel comfortable walking into a big gym. That's one reason I'm excited to announce that I’ll now be offering personal training sessions at Ronin Fitness Eau Claire in addition to Highland Fitness.

This is a great option for anyone looking for a smaller, more private training environment or who may not feel comfortable in a larger gym setting. Whether your goal is fat loss, building strength, improving your nutrition, increasing confidence, or simply creating better habits, I’d love to help.

50 pounds down. 👏

What stands out to me isn't the weight loss itself, it's the consistency.

There were good weeks.
There were difficult weeks.
There were weeks where motivation wasn't there.

But he kept showing up.

No extreme diets. No magic supplements. Just focusing on the fundamentals:

I didn’t feel like going on a walk today.

But I got myself ready, drove to the trails, and once I actually showed up, I already felt better.

That’s the part a lot of people miss.

You don’t always need to feel motivated first. Sometimes you just need to take the first step and let the momentum come after.

Showing up when you don’t feel like it is what builds discipline.

And that discipline is what gets you the progress you want.

Struggling to hit your protein goal?
This is one of the easiest ways to get in 50–70g of protein without overthinking it.
I used:
Pasteurized egg whites
1 scoop of protein
Blueberries
Pineapple

You can swap the fruit for whatever you like.

You don’t need 70g of protein in every meal, but if you struggle to hit your protein goal, having easy options like this can make a big difference.

Keep it simple. Repeat what works.

It doesn’t have to be complicated.
Move your body.
Get outside.

But ignore the habits that actually change it.

Better nutrition.
More awareness of portions.

Meal prep doesn’t have to be complicated or take hours.
This took under 10 minutes to prep, and have protein ready for the next couple of days.
Simple, easy, and effective.
A little effort ahead of time makes it a lot easier to stay on track when life gets busy.

Most people don’t actually hate cardio.
They hate staring at a screen for 30 minutes.

Get outside.
Walk. Run. Bike. Hike.

You’ll enjoy it more, feel better mentally, and be way more likely to stay consistent with it.

Movement doesn’t have to feel like punishment.
