✨ Turning 33 in 2020 — what a fun age to be as I move into this brand new decade! ✨

A lot of people choose an organization to support with birthday donations in celebration of their special day. In honor of my 33rd rotation around the sun, I’d love to support a beautiful human and dear friend of mine, Ellie.

Ellie found out this past October 2019 that she has two forms of aggressive breast cancer. She immediately began chemotherapy, will have surgery to remove both breasts in April, and will continue treatment with radiation and hormone therapy in the aftermath of her mastectomy.

💛 Ellie is 31 years old 💛 And one of the most vivacious, spunky, brave, and grab-life-by-the-horns kinda gals I’ve had the honor and pleasure to meet!

For my birthday this year, I want her to feel just how loved & supported she is on this crazy, wild, and weird cancer journey. Send her all the feel good & healthy vibes you can muster!

WOW!!

This past Saturday's "Yoga + Live Music" fundraising event was a BIG success!! A huge thank you to Highland Fitness and their wonderful staff, to Red Tide for their awesome music, and to everyone who rolled out their mats and stretched for a great cause!

Between the morning yoga event and the silent auction, we raised...*drum roll please*...$1,000!! We are thrilled to know that this money will be supporting myTeam Triumph and help disabled athletes from all over the country participate in races.

Last up? The EC Marathon! Come out this Sunday, May 7th and cheer on "Team Don," his host of Angel Runners, and ALL those participating on race day. We can't wait!!
