While the world seems to be going awry, what are you doing to keep yourself grounded and out of fear?
We are definitely going through some major shifts in humanity and during these times we have choices. The first and most important choice is your health.
Move! because your body was made for it.
Eat Whole Foods, stay away from packaged and processed food.
Remember we only use a small percentage of our mind, yet it seems our mind is being mastered by fear. So stay away from things that don’t feel right and if you can’t feel what right and wrong remember there are people out there that can help you manage the mind monkeys 🐵. Finally remember your spirit is hear to help you as well, if can’t do the first three, you can’t center yourself to feel what is best for you. we are here for you.

This week we dive into the other side of my personal HRT.

When I chose HRT, I was not a fan of anything that wasn’t holistic, and I had tried every approach to get my body to feel normal. I didn’t realize even my mindset was crashing. I didn’t see a way around it.
So I found through networking and allowed my guard down long enough to listen to friends who had tried the bioidentical HRT, and through investigation on estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone, I found my health would be better in the long run than if I kept sidetracking the issue.
One blood test later, and I found that I was lacking in all three, so with a quick procedure, a time-released pellet assisted my body to do what it needed to do. Within a week, I was sleeping, I was getting back into hiking, my depression went away, my anxiety relaxed, and I got my life back.
