This week we dive into the other side of my personal HRT.
When I chose HRT, I was not a fan of anything that wasn’t holistic, and I had tried every approach to get my body to feel normal. I didn’t realize even my mindset was crashing. I didn’t see a way around it.
So I found through networking and allowed my guard down long enough to listen to friends who had tried the bioidentical HRT, and through investigation on estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone, I found my health would be better in the long run than if I kept sidetracking the issue.
One blood test later, and I found that I was lacking in all three, so with a quick procedure, a time-released pellet assisted my body to do what it needed to do. Within a week, I was sleeping, I was getting back into hiking, my depression went away, my anxiety relaxed, and I got my life back.
