My favorite question that I’m asked by clients is “How did you know you wanted to be a tattoo artist?” The simple answer is I have always like to draw. On a deeper level, I watched Megan Massacre on Bondi Ink, binge watched the entire show in a week, and my soul told me that I wanted to be like her. The art she creates, the kindness she spreads, and the way she loves life. A few years back I planned a trip with my mom to go to NY for the entire purpose of getting a tattoo from her. That was a bucket list item for me. That tattoo is still one of my favorites to this day. I aspire daily to be as talented as her. Now that I am a tattoo artist, I love life, I’m much kinder, and I’m creating art. I realized recently that I picked a really great inspiration person for my life. Also, anyone who gets a chance to be tattooed by Megan, take the chance, she is truly amazing at her craft! 🩷
P.S I also got in trouble daily in school for drawing on desks, now I get paid to draw on people, full circle or whatever. 💁🏻♀️
