Men, how is your day or week really going?
This is your reminder that you don’t always have to be the strong one. Life can be heavy, responsibilities can pile up, and sometimes carrying everything alone gets exhausting.
Too often, men are expected to stay silent about stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or burnout. But your mental health matters too. Checking in on yourself is just as important as checking off your to-do list.
Women, this question is for you too: How can we do a better job of checking on the men in our lives? What are some ways we can show support, listen without judgment, and create safe spaces for honest conversations?
