☀️ THE HEALER’S BALM ☀️
Botanical Therapy Balm
The Healer’s Balm was created from years of working with real tissue: tight hands, scar tissue, overworked joints, sore forearms, repetitive strain, inflammation, stiffness, and bodies that carry more than people realize.
So instead of creating something trendy…
I created the kind of balm I personally wanted within arm’s reach after long treatment days.
But I also wanted something I could feel genuinely good about using on my patients.
No synthetic fragrance. No petroleum. No unnecessary fillers. No ingredients that made me question what I was putting on someone’s skin.
For scars that need softness and movement again.
For sore muscles and tired joints.
For overworked hands, repetitive strain, bodywork, recovery, and the places in the body that quietly carry tension every single day.
As a hand therapist, I wanted something deeply nourishing… but also functional.
Not just a pretty balm.
A true botanical body balm designed with glide, warmth, tissue mobility, and restoration in mind.
So The Healer’s Balm was created slowly — using traditional herbal infusions, old-world fats, and therapeutic botanicals chosen with purpose.
And yes… the ingredients matter.
Not because they sound trendy.
Because of what they actually do.
🌿 Double-Infused Arnica
Traditionally used to help calm soreness, bruising, inflammation, and overworked tissue while supporting circulation and recovery.
🌿 Double-Infused Plantain
Known for its soothing, drawing, and calming properties. Traditionally used to comfort irritated tissue and support skin repair.
🌿 Comfrey
Historically called “knitbone.” Long valued in herbal body care for supporting connective tissue, mobility, and areas needing deep restoration.
🌿 Calendula
One of the most skin-loving herbs in herbalism. Traditionally used to calm inflammation, soothe stressed skin, and support healing.
🌿 Chamomile
Gentle and calming for both skin and tissue. Often used to reduce irritation, redness, and reactive discomfort.
🌿 St. John’s Wort
Traditionally infused into oils for nerve-rich areas, tension, deep discomfort, and tissue sensitivity.
✨ Tamanu Oil - One of the most treasured oils in traditional skin and body care. A deeply restorative oil traditionally used for scars, damaged skin, inflammation, and tissue recovery. Rich, grounding, and incredibly nourishing to stressed skin.
✨ Meadowfoam Seed Oil
Provides long-lasting silky glide while helping soften and protect the skin barrier without feeling overly greasy.
✨ Lanolin
Lanolin is a rich, protective wax naturally derived from sheep’s wool. It creates incredible cushion, glide, and moisture retention while helping soften dry, cracked, overworked skin and support long-lasting tissue contact during massage and bodywork.
✨ Castor Oil
A dense, deeply conditioning oil traditionally used to support circulation, softness, flexibility, and lasting glide during bodywork and massage.
✨ Tallow
Rich in skin-compatible fats and nutrients that help nourish dry tissue, support the skin barrier, and deeply condition stressed skin.
Then finished with intentionally chosen essential oils and botanicals for warmth, circulation, and deeper tissue support:
🌿 Copaiba
Traditionally used for deep comfort and calming support in sore, overworked areas.
🌿 Ginger Essential Oil
Warming and stimulating. Often used to encourage circulation, loosen stiffness, and bring heat to tired tissue.
🌿 Black Pepper Essential Oil
Known for its warming, activating qualities and traditionally used to support circulation and muscular comfort during massage work.
✨ Bisabolol
A soothing botanical compound naturally derived from chamomile that helps calm irritation and support sensitive skin.
No shortcuts.
No powdered extract dusting.
No synthetic fragrance.
Just plants, oils, intention
