At first it started off as something that he really didn't want to do but did it anyway for his family. Now he does it for himself and is addicted to the lifestyle

She started coming to train with us so she can be in the best shape possible to provide care for her mother.

She wanted to be strong and mobile.

She can confidently say she's accomplished that and truly has turned this into a lifestyle and not a quick fix
