Dinner Club is one of our favorite evenings. This month our theme revolved around Halloween 👻🎃🦇

Our residents enjoyed an apple c***r cocktail, apple and cranberry salad, Jack o Lantern stuffed peppers, butternut squash, green beans and a pumpkin patch Oreo brownie.

Our kitchen staff did a great job on the meal, we hope everyone enjoyed it. We loved decorating the dining room for Halloween 🎃

Even though our fall weather has been questionable this year and unusually still warm, we still made a fire in the fire pit and roasted s‘mores and listened to music provided by our friend Ben.

It was a fun afternoon at Villas of Holly Brook. We had a staff soup challenge and the residents were the official judges. We had entries of taco soup, potato soup and chicken noodle soup. The residents voted and it was an overwhelming win for the potato soup. Congratulations to the chef, Sara. And thank you to our other participants, Breanna and Jennifer.

Then we all stayed and helped each other with making sock pumpkins. One of our night time care partners, Tina, shared her crafty talents with us and coordinated this for us - thank you Tina! It was fun, and our ladies get to showcase their talents and flares with picking out a pattern, getting the perfect round shape and designing the little extra flowers and leaves that they want to finish off their pumpkin.

Nice job ladies, we enjoyed spending the afternoon with you!
