After a rough day yesterday I let my body lead the way and it said — tea. Just tea. 🌿

Yesterday was a rough one 😅 Trusted a fat burner I wasn’t too familiar with and my stomach had a whole lot to say about it 🙃 Lesson learned — note to self: stick with what nature gave us! 🌿

Today we reset. Fresh start, real food, and all the colors of the rainbow on one plate 🍳🥑🫑🥒

Eggs, avocado, cucumbers, bell peppers, feta, rice, a lemon dill sour cream dollop, and everything but the bagel 😍 Simple. Clean. Healing.

Your body always wins when you listen to it 💛

Day 3 lunch 😤🔥

What's on this plate?

🦃 6-8 oz of 99% fat-free ground turkey seasoned with taco seasoning, pan cooked in olive oil
🍠 Quarter of a baked sweet potato
🥗 Cherry tomatoes + cucumber and red onion with a dash of apple cider vinegar
🌿 My little sour cream sauce — lemon juice, fresh garlic, onion powder & a leaf of lettuce
🌶️ Cayenne pepper on everything because that's just how we do it

This plate is HIGH protein, low calorie, and absolutely delicious. 9.8 out of 10 score today! 💛

Now — full transparency — I am still chasing my fiber goal for the day. 🌾

My body needs 25-30g of fiber and I'm only at about 10g right now.

Dinner is going to have to work HARD tonight. 😂
That's the beauty of tracking though — you KNOW where you stand and you can adjust!

This is how I start every single morning. Intentionally. 🌿✨

Fresh ginger • lemon wedge • mint • rosemary • cayenne pepper — smashed together before I even say good morning to anyone — then a scoop of my Herbalife lemon lime tea poured right over hot water.

This is what a mid-morning reset looks like for me today — 🥚 Hard boiled egg 🍏 Half an apple with a little caramel yogurt 🥕 Carrot ribbons with a dash of balsamic & olive oil 🥑 Half an avocado with everything bagel seasoning

No diet food. No deprivation. Just real, whole food that my body actually asked for — because I was still hungry and I listened.

That’s the work, sis. Not punishing yourself into a smaller size, but learning to honor your body’s signals. Hunger is not the enemy. Choosing well when you’re hungry? That’s the win. 🙌

This is Day 2 of my own wellness journey and I’m sharing every step with you — the teas, the rituals, the movement, the mindset. All of it. Because we heal better together.
