Last workout of 2022🤟🏼
Year end summary, I have recorded:
💫 163 Weight lifting sessions this year🏋🏻♂️
💫 3,456 miles recorded on an indoor bike (round trip to Orlando FL and back 🚴🏻♀️)
💫 Down 20 lbs from my highest weight this year (still working on this!)
💫 Off thyroid meds after 20 years of being ON meds
💫 In 2023 I’m celebrating 10 years of being a fitness instructor
💫 Eating mostly home cooked, mostly organic, mostly gluten and dairy free 🎈
💫Took the year off from working out at 5 am and regained my quality sleep, energy through the day and no more naps needed 🫶🏻
💫After a 4 month season OFF caffeine, I’m back to drinking coffee but have much better control over it and not depending on it for survival or happiness 👻
💫Completed Leadership Internship at Abundant Church and became a coach for Internship which has given me so much joy, purpose and a full full heart
💫Met some incredible people at the gym, at church, feeling a much deeper sense of connection to community and people ♥️
💫My family is healthy, happy, United and thriving 😭
In summary, I void burst with gratitude for the journey, the lessons, the freaking setbacks!!!!!! It’s ALL GOOD, and it’s all part of my life and I choose to love it♥️
