Designed for all women – whether you’re in the early stages of postpartum, have been a mom for years, or have never given birth – this 1-hour workshop session will provide you with valuable information about how to care for your pelvic floor and deep core. Learn practical techniques to prevent and address common concerns like leakage, prolapse, and diastasis recti. Bring your questions!
Dr. Carlin Reaume, OTD, OTR/L
Dr. Carlin Reaume is a licensed occupational therapist with a board certification in Lifestyle Medicine (DipACLM) and additional specialty certifications in pelvic health, Pilates, Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise (PCES), and Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). Dr. Reaume is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and a graduate of Loyola Marymount University’s Yoga Therapy RX Certificate Program. After completing both her Master’s and Doctorate at the University of Southern California, she created a career weaving together her background in mindfulness and movement in order to forge her own path in the world of wellness and women’s health. She launched her pelvic health private practice, Supported Mama, in 2020 with the goal of helping women reconnect to their bodies after pregnancy in a way that supports both physical and mental wellbeing. She has presented her work as a perinatal health expert at professional conferences and academic institutions throughout the country, as well as been featured on numerous podcasts. Her work has also been featured on the Amazon Halo fitness app and Pilates.com. Dr. Reaume currently serves as Assistant Clinical Professor for the Doctor of Occupational Therapy Program at the University of the Pacific in Sacramento, California.
