Happy Vernal Equinox, also known as Ostara on the pagan Wheel of the Year. Personally, this is my favorite moment on this wheel. It seems that every year in the winter for the last few years, I experience challenges that seem insurmountable. But when spring arrives, I suddenly feel completely rejuvenated and vital again. I have talked to so many people who feel the same. The patterns that we see in nature—the slowing down and darkening in winter followed by renewal of life in the spring—mirror our own patterns of needing to retreat and stay safe under difficult circumstances only to emerge and find a new beginning and a new cycle. Ostara brings the gift of rebirth. 🐇 🍃🌷🌼 ☀️

Hi friends! After some time not updating much, I am back with some new offerings! I am launching my own business, Light Within LLC, to provide private instruction, tarot readings, and reiki sessions to nurture and support you on your journey of healing and transformation. I am still teaching several studio classes as well and will post a pinned post with my schedule soon. Soft launch planned for April. Watch out for a promotional coupon!

Good morning yogis! I’m pleased to announce that I will be picking up two regular Hatha classes at Ahimsa Elmhurst starting the week of 8/12. Monday nights at 7:30 PM and Tuesday mornings at 9:45 AM.
