Our dedicated team works tirelessly each day to provide care, encouragement, and opportunities that help individuals thrive and reach their full potential. Your commitment, patience, and heart make a meaningful difference in so many lives.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at MAC Residential, you’ll provide essential support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group home-based settings.

We’re Looking For:

Dependable, caring individuals who want to make a difference
A positive, respectful approach to supporting others
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid Driver’s License preferred
Must pass background checks
High School Diploma or GED *(required)*
