The Crosslake St. Patrick’s Day parade starts at 1:15 PM.

Stop by the UpNorth Social parking lot before the parade for free hot chocolate from Frozen Flame Sauna Co.

After the parade, we’ll be set up in the same spot offering:
• Free sauna sessions
• Rubber duck raffle with prizes
• Random drawing for a free sauna rental

We’re bringing the heat to Crosslake for St. Patrick’s Day 🔥☘️

Frozen Flame Sauna Co. will be in the parade on Saturday, March 14 at 1pm!

We’ll be at UpNorth Social before the parade serving hot chocolate, so stop by and say hi before things get started.

After the parade, come back to UpNorth Social where we’ll be setting up and getting ready for some fun.

We’ll be offering:

• Free sauna sessions
• A rubber duck raffle with prizes
• Random drawing to win a free sauna rental
• $50 off your rental and the cold plunge included for free if you book at the event

Hi! Our names' are Bailey and Gavin. We are the owners of Frozen Flame Sauna Co. and are from the Brainerd Lakes Area. FFSC was started as an outlet to stay intertwined and active with the community. With our love for the outdoors, we felt barrel saunas perfectly encapsulated the rustic coziness of our location.
