Restored Soles Reflexology My name is Christy Dempsey, and I have been a nurse for more than 28 years, including 18 years of experience in hospice nursing.

Throughout my career, I have cared for many individuals experiencing a wide range of symptoms associated with illness, frailty, and the natural decline of the body. One patient in particular had significant nausea but rarely vomited. Because of her religious beliefs, she chose not to take pain medication. Each day, her husband applied pressure to specific areas of her feet, and her nausea would completely subside. Remarkably, she remained independent until shortly before her passing. Witnessing the positive impact of reflexology firsthand sparked my curiosity and inspired me to pursue a Reflexology Practitioner Certification. When we see how profoundly something can benefit another person, it can create a lasting sense of purpose and passion. By combining my decades of nursing experience with my reflexology training, I hope to support others in experiencing the comfort, relaxation, and potential benefits that reflexology can offer.
