A lesson around healing ❤️‍🩹 the inner child 👶🏻

Growing up with emotionally unavailable caregivers shaped the way I showed up in relationships…both romantic and platonic. I found myself connecting with people who mirrored that same emotional distance. But today, I’m not standing in blame…I’m standing in accountability.

I hold the power within myself to turn pain into purpose and wounds into wisdom. What I’ve lived through does not define my limits…it refines my strength. And I understand we attract what we’re aligned with.

So I am shifting my perspective. I am rewriting my narrative. I am healing the parts of me that once settled for emotional disconnection. I am choosing relationships rooted in depth, honesty, and mutual emotional availability…connections where I can both give and receive fully.

I am opening myself to feel deeper, love deeper, and live more authentically than ever before. The same experiences that once hurt me are now shaping me into someone stronger, wiser, and more aligned with the love I deserve… and the love I am ready to give.

Pain didn’t break me… it made me!!! 💯

✨ Reiki Level II Certified – Distance Reiki Volunteers Wanted ✨
I’m excited to share that I’m now Reiki Level II certified and, for a limited time, am offering complimentary distance Reiki sessions to volunteers as I work toward my goal of becoming a Reiki Master. Volunteering is a wonderful way to support me on my journey.
🌿 What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports relaxation, balance, and the body’s natural ability to heal—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
💫 The Taylor’d 2U 4U Experience
To personalize your session, I encourage you to:
• Set a clear intention (I’m happy to help you with this)
• Choose frequency music aligned with intention to listen to during the session
• Share any specific guides, angels, or energies you’d like me to call in
✨ How it works:
• We’ll schedule a time that works for both of us
• I’ll call you shortly before the session to make sure you’re ready
• You relax and receive in a comfortable space
• Falling asleep is completely okay and very common

• I’ll text you when the session is complete
