For over 15 years, I’ve been living with autoimmune disease.
Not just surviving it β€” living through it. Growing through it. Fighting through it.

I’m also a mom of two incredible kids, a wife of 18 years, and a full-time employee.

Which means I know what it feels like to juggle medications, flare-ups, exhaustion, appointments, and responsibilities… all while trying to show up for the people who need me the most.

Some days are strong.
Some days are silent battles.
All days are real.
