β„Ή Don't lie to yourself, don't be too hard on yourself, AND help others reach their goals while you reach your own!

Well I stopped posting for awhile because nobody seemed to be getting involved...but I keep getting notifications that some of you are still reading statuses and liking things...SOOOOO...

Wanted to do an open question forum. Ask me anything. If I don't know the answer, I'll figure it out :) Personal questions are definitely OKAY, I'm happy to share my "secrets".

Tomorrow's (Memorial Day) Workout:
*Stretching--if you need any tips/ideas, tag me in a comment or inbox me...I have PLENTY to share!
*30 crunches (legs criss crossed in the air)
*30 leg lifts
*30 push ups (I do "girl" ones....whatever works for you)
*30 squats (PROPER FORM, again, if you need help get ahold of me!)
*Stretching

Have fun! If you are just starting out and it's been awhile, cut the amount in half! If you've been working out for awhile, push yourself and do as many as you feel capable of doing! Take breaks, listen to music that you enjoy, drink WATER, and remember to breeeeeathe.

Sorry, I've been one BUSY lady these past few days...but I haven't forgotten about you! I can see that hundreds of people taking the time to read my posts but aren't commenting on them--I can only help you if you let me! And you can only help others by sharing what you know, what you've experienced, etc.

What are your top three reasons to stay motivated and directed towards a healthy and happy lifestyle?

Mine would be my health, my children, and my appearance (I have to be honest...) Even though what others think about me does NOT matter, I enjoy looking in the mirror and seeing a thinner, healthier version of myself! What about ya'll? :)
